2 Weeks Old

This has been another good week with Jack. He had his 2 week appointment and he is 3 ounces above his birth weight--phew!

I feel like he changes so much...he already looks different than last week. Slow down!!

Here he is in his sleep sack. It's not a dress like my mom thinks :)

He is almost 21 inches and the nurse said he is "so patient" and everyone there just loved him. They said he looked "wise".

He also had his circumcision, which is just awful and barbaric and I have no idea why we do that. Garrett said he'd be grateful one day though.

Here he is worn out from crying from the stupid operation.

 And here he is just being so cute!

 He is eating every 2-3 hours during the day and about every 4 hours during the night, which is awesome! I can't believe how good 4 straight hours of sleep feels. Keep it up buddy!

 Aunt Anna is always willing to hold him. I had to stay at my parent's house for a couple of days while our tub was being re-glazed. It didn't work the first time because our apartment was too cold. So our landlord gave us a radiator! Wahoo.

 We went on our first walk with the stroller. I love it--such a smooth ride.

  He really is such a good baby--he rarely cries and he loves to snuggle. When he's awake he just stares around with his big eyes. I love petting his soft red hair.
